I reserve the rights to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.I require an upfront payment in full before starting orders above 100 euros can have a payment plan under discussion. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use any AI generation or AI (program) on my art, this counts as altering the piece and thus makes any right you have on a piece from me, commissioned or not, VOID. You may NOT use my art to train AIDelivery time
I will start work on your commission as soon as I can after recieving the first payment.
overlay commissions will take 1-2 weeks to finish.
Portraits/waist up pieces will take up to 2-3 weeks.
Fullbody pieces will take 3-4 weeks
Vtuber model illustrations can take 1-2 month(s) to finish.

Commission process- I will send you a rough sketch that has to be approved by you (the commissioner) in order to go on with the final piece. In this step you can ask for changes – like different expressions or adding something I missed from your description.
-I (the artist) will update you throughout the process (sketch, lineart, flat colors, render - updates can vary per commission type) and allow changes made to the piece during the commission.
-All commissions must be made with reference(s)payment-I recieve my payments in euro (€) and via paypal.-I reserve the right to increase my prices for all of my commissions at any time, due to my improving skill level, increased demand, etc.-Invoices must be paid within 48 hours after receiving it, unless agreed otherwise prior to sending the invoice.revisions-Within the sketch fase you get 2 revisions free of charge
-within the lineart fase you get 1 revision free of charge
-within flat color fase you get 1 color revision free of chargerefunds-I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason and will refund your commission 100% before starting if the payment already went through.-You are allowed to cancel or change your commission request if I haven’t started it yet (meaning if I did not start with the sketch yet).-You are allowed to request a refund at any time, however the percentage of the refund depends on the progress I’ve already made on your commission:-rough sketch: 75%
-lineart: 60%
-base color: 40%
-rendered: no refund-After recieving the refund you will not recieve any files-if you file a unjust chargeback against me all rights you have or have recieved earlier to my art and other works will be voidcompletion-after I (the artist) complete the comission you will recieve a lower quality jpeg with a watermark and a high quality png without watermark along with the files specified under the commission type
